In 2022, I stopped bothering to keep up with new music and only listened to new albums from artists I already liked (and explored K-Pop). In 2023 I only listened to albums from artists I already liked and I wanted to actually listen to. Maybe in 2024, I’ll stop listening to new music altogether. So, I’m not making a list of Best or Favorite Albums this year, just my normal list of my 10 favorite songs. So they’re below in alphabetical order.
Also, I limited each artist to one song each, because otherwise, this playlist would just be GUTS by Olivia Rodrigo (calling her Gen Z Joni Mitchell is becoming less and less of a joke).
