This what you watch WWE for. A great four-way that allowed all four fighters to show off their special moves. The Miz retained the title in a crafty way while the other opponents came off as the strong wrestlers.

Lucha Underground:Aztec Warfare II
Lucha Underground’s version of Royal Rumble, this was remarkable for its storytelling. Rey Mysterio Jr. finally debuted at the Temple. Personal beefs continued during the event. And a brand new character to Lucha Underground, the Monster Matanza debuted as a force.

NJPW: G1 Climax 26 – Day 18 Kenny Omega vs Tetsuya Naito
This was the definition of strong style. A brutal, aggressive, and physical match. Both performers were at the top of their games and delivered multiple finishing type moves that looked actually painful. Omega and Naito ascended to NJPW Aces in this match.

WWE: Cruiserweight Classic Round 1 Match – Johnny Gargano vs Tommaso Ciampa
An incredibly physical match, the kind of match you watch wrestling for. There were so many moves that could have been finishers performed and so many near-falls. Amazing chemistry between the two tag partners squaring off. Easily more excited than most WWE championship matches.

This back-and-forth war had the speed and moves of a cruiserweight match, but the brutality of a heavyweight match.
