4. Bully:Scholarship Edition
Bully may be a port of PlayStation 2 game, but that does not diminish its’ appeal. In it you play as Jimmy Hopkins a juvenile delinquent at Bullworth Academy. The game was made by Rockstar Games who are most well known for their Grand Theft Auto series. Like Grand Theft Auto, Bully is an open-world mission based gamed. But Bully is much more engaging than GTA IV. Maybe it is because the mission structure smartly uses checkpoints. Maybe it is because the world is smaller and more interactive. There is much less empty space in the world of Bully than in the world of GTA. Maybe it is because the controls actually work. Maybe it is because playing hooky is more fun than playing criminal. Planting stink bombs, riding bikes, and getting into fistfights is how a lot of us wanted to go through high school. Bully gives you the chance to go back and act the way you wish you could have.
