NJPW: Destruction in Okayama – Kenny Omega vs KUSHIDA –  IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship Match

This match was a great example of a heel winning via outside interference. However, unlike a lot of WWE cheap wins, Omega and Bullet Club had to hit KUSHIDA numerous times before Omega finally got the pinfall. It didn’t seem as ridiculous as when a heel’s stablemate distracts the babyface and the heel rolls up a quick pin. There don’t appear to be any legal videos of this on the web outside of the New Japan World website subscription.

WWE: Hell in a Cell – Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt – Hell in a Cell Match

Reigns is rightly accused by some wrestling fans of not being a creative in-ring performer who relies too much on his finishing moves. Maybe he should have started as a hardcore wrestler, because this match was the most creative he’s ever been in ring. And mixing his finishing moves with tables gave them some freshness and great pop.
