3. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord
There are plenty of Tower Defense games available for every system, too many in fact. This is one of the best and one of the most enjoyable on any system. This game succeeds were other genre games do not because of a great learning curve, good presentation, and unashamed cheesiness. The game teaches you slowly how to build your tower and defend your units. You start with a limited amount of options and those options expand slowly enough that you can grasp all concepts easily. The game does not use the fact that it is a Tower Defense game as an excuse to look crappy. The characters are well drawn and have that unique Square Enix look. And the game has the sense to not take any of this too seriously.
